Many of you will know that Peter Sellers began his film career doing voice-overs of one sort or another, as well as appearing in some early Goon films. In case you haven’t seen them, here’s a few that have found their way onto the internet!

Sellers fans might like to know that The Pink Panther and The Return of The Pink Panther are now available on Blu Ray. The Lady Killers came out as a Blu Ray release last year. A new Blu Ray edition of Dr Strangelove is also due this year. – on Amazon

For those of you who don’t already know, then I have to report the death of Burt Kwouk. His appearances in The Pink Panther films have become legendary, but he actually appeared in countless films and TV programmes and carved out an acting niche as the person to call on if an oriental was required, long before he became Inspector Clouseau’s little yellow friend, Cato Fong. But he first appeared on television as long ago as 1957 in an episode of Hancock’s Half Hour.
