Thank you to whoever sent me this one. I actually saw Spike perform this onstage at Knebworth in the days when you could rock up on the Saturday morning, stroll in and pay on the gate. John Cleese also did a ‘between the bands fill’. He did a little song about a cuckoo. Pink Floyd were okay too. (Ed)
